Rajesh Chainani, Managing Director-Service Provider Network & Cloud APJ, is responsible for Cisco’s SDN, Cloud and Virtualization portfolio for Service Providers, OTT and Media companies helping them achieve network transformation leveraging Cloud Scale technology with positive business outcomes in areas of SDN based IP Transport, SDN/NFV Telco Cloud, and Hybrid IT Cloud. Cisco's SP portfolio includes SP Routing, SDN programmable networks, Cloud management and automation, Analytics, software defined Compute and storage, and application networking.
Rajesh has been with Cisco for 18 years and is now leading Network and Cloud business in APJ for Service Providers. Over the past five years he has been instrumental in building Cisco's transformational business in APJ, driving Mobile Data, SI services with business outcomes and consumption models.
Prior coming to Singapore, Rajesh was leading the Service Provider segment business in India. Earlier in his career Rajesh was at Newbridge Networks in a number of technical, sales and marketing roles.
